We booked based on checking reviews, but our experience is horrible. We stayed with our infant and requested clean room with clean sheets. But the room had small cockroaches running inside the drawers. The sheets weren’t changed after the previous guest left I guess and the room is full of dust. Top of it the hot water is not working and flush also stopped working and the wash basin is clogged. Even after repeatedly informing them that without hot water that too with an infant it is really troublesome they didn’t mind and until we checked out they said they are looking into it. For the flush one technician said need to wait for the tank to fill in, but from night till morning we waited and it didn’t happen. House keeping came in after informing for more than 5 times but nothing was cleaned in the room just fixed the bed linens and left. Atleast the basic necessities needs to be addressed which is not. Please avoid Royal Benza that too if you are staying with kids. For mid range hotels in Vijayawada, highly Recommend Red fox by lemon tree (first priority) or mid city if you are staying with infant or kids

I am sure when the property was built, it was built well with good quality rooms, washrooms, and restaurant. However, in my recent visit, the property was understaffed, and the restaurant did not have most of the Indian foods, including paneer. The property needs changes to bathroom fixures as well. The staff present were courteous and tried there best to serve us. So, 3 stars.

It has a restaurant for basic food requirements. Food quality is OK. Location is good as it serves your needs with in 500 MTRS of area. Facilities at this hotel are restricted to specific demand. Overall reating is 3 after 5 days continuous stay.

Having booked Deluxe Room expected a more spacious and ventilated Room but it's not up to the mark. Restaurant service is very poor. The Restaurant timings are too late and happy. At least coffee and tea should be available in the morning from 6 am onwards. Reception is fine but Room service is slow. They need to improve in their hospitality service and approach. Maintainence of Rooms and bathrooms should be improved . Overall they need to improve. So my feel is average.

I find your properties, food will be good..but you can add some varieties also...neat amenities..polite staff and good services...on one recommendation pls make your return back used plates and dishes as soon as possible

The Television are non functional in both the rooms have taken and remotes are not maintained properly. The jet spray are jammed with water dust so these basic things to be maintained properly . The staffs were listening this concern but seemed didn’t take it seriously.
